Our 2010 room rates (in U.S. Dollars without tax included) are below.

These are the same rates as you will find at the Hotel Reception (Front Desk). During the Special Season and High Season, our busiest seasons, we are unable to offer discounts. Travel Agencies will receive commissions when they have proper reservations and invoices.

    Cancellations
    The following policies apply for cancellations:
    * For special season reservations (Easter week and New Year) we do not accept cancellations and we do not refund pre-payments made.
    * For high season reservations (summer vacation period, holidays, festival days/weekends and Christmas) we accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date are charged a “no show” penalty of one night per each room reserved.
    * For the low season (periods not described previously as special or high seasons) we accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made later than 24 hours prior to the arrival date are charged a “no show” penalty of one night per each room reserved.
    Refunds
    Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (sent through regular mail or email) and, if approved, will be paid in 15 days to the bank account or credit card of the person who made the reservation. Refunds will include an administrative charge and bank interest of 10%.
